Webtech Consultancy Services – Executive Search / Recruitment Engagement
Professional fee for search assignments will be 8.33% of gross salary across all levels.
CTC includes gross annual emoluments excluding gratuity and performance-based incentives.
Outstation candidate travel expenses will be borne by the company as per its policies.
Interview scheduling and communication will be handled by the company or Webtech team.
After candidate acceptance and medical clearance, company will share salary details for billing.
GST will be applicable. All invoices must be cleared within 30 days of issuance.
Payment is applicable after candidate completes 3 months with the company.
Free replacement will be provided if the candidate leaves within 3 months of joining.
Only screened and relevant candidates will be shared to ensure better hiring success.
Terms remain valid until revised and communicated in writing by Webtech Consultancy.
Signed agreement copy will be considered as formal acceptance of terms.
Any change in tax rates will be applicable as per government rules from effective date.
